Return/Exchange Instructions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 30 days for full credit. Simply email our customer service department at customerservice@jerrynelsonmusic.com to obtain instructions and return authorization.
Remember, you must call within 30 days of the date your order was originally shipped to qualify your return and secure return authorization. Failure to do so may jeopardize proper credit to your account.
Processing an Order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 5-10 days, unless you have selected Expedited delivery. We will notify you if any item can not be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. On credit card orders, an item will not be charged to your account until shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Sales Tax
With respect to orders shipped to a Colorado address, we are required to collect sales tax at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process. Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative. A copy of your order & confirmation will also be emailed to you.
How To Change Your Order
Jerry Nelson Music processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@jerrynelsonmusic.com If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.
