“Habanera” is perhaps the best-known, best-loved piece from the celebrated opera “Carmen” by George Bizet. A story of love, intrigue and ultimately death, as bull-fighter Escamillo and Don Jose vie for Carmen’s love. The descending chromatic main theme makes this an easy play – For levels 3 thru 5.
You’ll especially like performing this arrangement with the available performance track which features full orchestra, including the native, Latin-percussion instruments.
