“Polonaise” is a dance of Polish origin and the word means Poland in French. Many other composers have written Polonaises but Chopin’s are the best known. This piece is charged with energy allowing a performer to express his or her own personality in the full expression of the piece. It is designed for use without orchestra and is made available for challenge levels 3,4 & 5.
